John travels to India to find a piece of Japan on the other side of the world. In this episode, we'll focus on the anime and manga world that's growing in India. Yes, that means the otaku world!
In part 1 of this series, we focused on food.

Episode Highlights:

★ Leaping Windows | Manga and Comics Cafe ★
This is one of the first manga cafes in India and Leaping Windows has another branch in Bangalore.
The cafe is a not just a relaxing place to get away from the bustling urban center of Mumbai, it's got a manga library in the basement full of English language versions of Dragon Ball Z, One Piece and Fullmetal Alchemist. Members can check them out and read them at home! It's the home of a lot of Mumbai's otaku.

He dreams to be an anime creator and shows some of his work. Japan's anime and manga style are really impacting India's youths.

Kushal Kireti helps me out with the opening and offers a little more background. He's a newbie to Japan originally from Bangalore.
